About

About twenty-five years ago, I stopped making music, and started making photographs. Somehow a switch flipped in my brain and I went from music to visual art almost overnight.

I tend to focus on one topic or genre at a time, for a long time. I spent over a decade on graveyards. I didn't understand why until years after the fact, but it left me with a deep appreciation for the preciousness of life, and the importance of remembering.

Now my obsession is with the artistic nude. I'm trying for an image that is as simple as it can possibly be and still convey the beauty of the subject. I've only been working on this genre since 2013, so I probably have a few years to go before I've figured it out.
